In this policy you will find out how we process your personal data that we collect in connection with your visit to the website operated by SINGLE QUEEN, s.r.o., as well as some other cases of personal data processing.

This policy applies to the processing of your personal data as users and visitors of the websites operated by us, always to the extent of the personal data corresponding to your position in relation to us.

We process all personal data in accordance with the law and place great emphasis on storing it securely.

CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR SENDING NEWSLETTERS AND OWN ADVERTISING/BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS

In the event that a visitor to our website or a subscriber to one of our newsletters and other advertising communications wishes to do so, we process the personal data provided by you for these purposes on the basis of your consent, always at least to the extent of your e-mail address. The promotional communications we send you always relate only to our own services.

If we receive your consent to processing in electronic form, we will only start processing all your personal data after you have filled in your details in the relevant form for sending newsletters and other advertising or commercial communications and subsequently confirmed your wish to receive the newsletter in accordance with the instructions in the email you receive from us (double opt-in).

Even though you subscribe to a specific thematic newsletter, you may receive a newsletter with different content from us. We try to minimize this situation, but each newsletter is based on the content that is currently published and available on our website.

We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent. After this period, we will only process it if this is stipulated by specific legislation or if this is necessary to protect our legal claims.

Your consent to this processing of your personal data is given voluntarily and you can withdraw it at any time by sending us a notice of withdrawal of consent or by clicking on the relevant link in the newsletter or advertising message sent to you.

If you become our subscriber, we may use your contact details for the purpose of sending you a newsletter on the basis of so-called legitimate interest. In this case, no special consent is legally required. Even in this case, you are, of course, free to inform us at any time that you no longer wish to receive any further promotional communications and we will not continue to send them.

However, not every message you receive from us is a commercial communication. Sometimes we need to communicate with you in connection with the provision of a particular type of service, and with a large number of recipients this cannot be done except by sending a bulk email. Therefore, some of the messages sent are not commercial communications (for example, a request to update your personal data or a notification of a change in terms and conditions).

We use the company Ecomail.cz, s.r.o. for sending newsletters.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH THE HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS AND ENQUIRIES

We are open to your suggestions, questions and requests, so you can contact us at any time by email, social media or by post.

In order to process your requests and answer your queries, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide, but only to the extent necessary and only until your query or request has been dealt with, unless the need to process personal data for another purpose arises. Without this personal data we would not be able to respond to your enquiry or request and therefore your consent to processing is not required in this case.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS

We also process your data if you participate in one of our competitions to the extent of the data you provide, most commonly your name, surname, email, telephone number and delivery address and the data provided within the competition entry. We process your personal data for the purposes of communicating with you, identifying you and selecting competition winners and awarding prizes. We process this personal data on the basis of the consent given in the context of the competition and on the basis of legitimate interest, where the processing is necessary to fulfil your and our interest to organise (or participate in) the competition. We process this data only for the time necessary to evaluate the competition and deliver the prizes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

HOW PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

Our processing of personal data does not involve decisions based solely on automated processing without human judgment that would have legal effect or otherwise significantly affect the subjects whose personal data we process under this Policy.

PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA

At SINGLE QUEEN s.r.o., we take all technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data and to exclude the possibility of unauthorized or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss of personal data, unauthorized transfers, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data. We comply with all obligations imposed on us by generally binding legal regulations in the area of personal data protection.

We use all modern security and control mechanisms known to us to ensure maximum data protection. All persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of their work or contractual duties are bound by a legal or contractual duty of confidentiality.

DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

We process your data in a transparent manner, which means that you always know for what purpose you provide us with your data.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights related to the processing of personal data, which we fully respect, provided that the legal requirements are met:

– the right of access to personal data: you have the right to receive from us, free of charge, upon your request, information on whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to this personal data, provided that the legal conditions are met. Thus, upon request, we will always provide you with full information about the processing of those personal data where we are in the position of a data controller.

– The right to rectification of personal data processed: if you become aware that your personal data is being processed inaccurately or incorrectly, please let us know and we will rectify it without delay.

– the right to erasure of personal data processed: if the purpose for which we process personal data ceases to exist, we will automatically anonymise or destroy your personal data. If we process personal data about you on the basis of your consent and you withdraw your consent, we will delete your personal data. However, the right to erasure is not absolute, and if we have an objective obligation to continue to retain the data (e.g. bookkeeping), only those personal data that are no longer necessary for the original purposes of the processing will be erased.

– Right to restriction of processing of personal data: you have the right to have us restrict the processing of your personal data if:

(a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for us to verify the accuracy of the personal data; or
(b) the processing is unlawful and you refuse to erase the personal data and request instead that we restrict its use; or
c) we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing but you require it from us for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims; or
d) you have objected to the processing until it is verified that our legitimate grounds outweigh your legitimate grounds.
– The right to data portability: where we process your personal data in an automated way on the basis of your consent or contract, you have the right to a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, which will be delivered to you or to another person.

– The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time where consent is the legal basis for the relevant processing of your personal data.

– The right to object: you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interests, subject to the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the legislation.

You can contact us as the data controller with questions or complaints regarding your rights by emailing us at [email protected].

You can also contact the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochor 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
